The story

Four careers, one through-line: building things that fight.

Most people in fight sports have done one job. Adam has sat in every chair — fighter, entrepreneur, executive, operator — and that is the whole point.

Phase 01The fighter

Started karate at nine. Sixteen years on the Hungarian national team, world champion and World Games champion — Hungary's most successful karate fighter. BJJ black belt. He knows what the product feels like from the inside.

Phase 02The entrepreneur

Built Hungary's leading UFC broadcast and media outlet, co-founded an apparel brand, and organized Central Europe's largest martial arts expo. Learned to sell attention before he ever had to sell tickets.

Phase 03The executive

Karate Combat — served as COO and League President, helping build the league's global broadcast product and operations.

Phase 04The operator

Dirty Boxing Championship — co-created the promotion and built the entire product from concept in six months: licensed, branded, ring designed, systems built.

NowThe owner

Founder and CEO of SKOVAX Entertainment. Advises fight promotions and the investors behind them. Writes 3 Minute Fight Week. Building what's next.

The operating company

SKOVAX Entertainment.
We build the business of fighting.

The agency and production arm: strategy, operations, and full-scale event production for the combat sports industry. Not advice from the sidelines — execution, from people who have run the show.

01

Live event production

Full-scale fight event production — broadcast-ready by default. Production design, run of show, and the thousand details that decide whether a night works.

02

Fight operations & compliance

Promotion infrastructure: licensing, regulatory compliance, bout agreements, officials, medical — the unglamorous machinery a promotion stands on.

03

Brand building & media

Positioning, content strategy, and digital media for fight brands and athletes. Built like a media company, because in 2026 every promotion is one.

Get Paid To Fight

Get Paid To Fight book cover — A Practical Guide to Sponsorships, Branding, and Getting Paid as a Fighter, by Adam S. Kovacs

Fighting is the easy part. Getting paid for it is the business — sponsorships, leverage, and the economics most fighters never learn until it's too late. This is the playbook, written by someone who has sat on both sides of the table.
